  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Garden Bulbs Store. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the information below to understand our process.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Garden Bulbs: Once planted, garden bulbs cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.
  • Live Plants: Live plants, including bedding plants, decorative shrubs, and fruit bushes, are non-returnable to ensure their health and viability.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
